Bio:
Tom Shannon is a Seattle-based illustrator with a lifelong love for storytelling through art. Ever since he could hold a crayon, he’s been a relentless doodler—sketching on anything he could get his hands on. His family recognized his talent early on, encouraging him to pursue his creative spark. Inspired by the dynamic worlds of comic books, he fell in love with narrative art, setting him on a path that would define his career. Today, he resides just outside of Seattle with his beloved son, a socially awkward dog, and a cat who may or may not answer the phone if left alone.
Tom Shannon is an American artist / Illustrator living in Seattle, Wa USA.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Washington University, attended Pacific Northwest College of Art, is a member of the Society of Illustrators (New York / Los Angeles) and the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators.
Tom is a contributing illustrator for A List Apart.
